Nominator's project description
| Professor Jiang is well known for his outstanding research on fault-tolerant control of safety-critical systems and energy management, and for integration of renewable resources in micro-grids. He has successfully applied control theoretical methods to safety of nuclear power plants and intelligent micro-grids. During his stay in Germany, Professor Jiang will focus on applying advanced fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control techniques to renewable energy systems, advanced self-driving and autonomous vehicles as well as complex industrial processes, and will extend these techniques by utilizing new technologies based on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. |
